We take payments in advance of printing your order. Lead times begin at receipt of payment.
Prompt payment will ensure the fastest possible lead times.
What if I have a complaint or want a refund?
In the unlikely event of a complaint you must notify Slant Merch immediately. Please write in detail describing the problem with your order. You must email Slant Merch within three days of receipt of the goods.
We will need a description and photos of the images. We will provide you with return authorization number as well as return shipping labels. Once the product is received we will review the items and respond with in two business days.
